This position is for the team working on Ensim Unify, an Enterprise-class Software Product serving as the core of an Enterprise IT Automation System. The development team takes architectural and implementation responsibility for the product creating and maintaining core components to ensure a highly available, highly scalable, easy-to-use application. This position reports to the Software Development Manager.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual with very strong problem solving and communication skills. The candidate solves complex engineering problems by construction (in phases if necessary). They apply strong analytical skills to all aspects of product development, including functionality, scalability, packaging, distribution and maintainability. They will utilize strong communication and persuasive skills in presenting to team members and product management new ideas or concepts to evolve the product. The candidate must be a good team player and is required to raise issues and concerns quickly. Proportionate emphasis is required on design, planning and implementation phases of software development.
Technically, the candidate must have strong system, Windows operating environment, design and implementation skills for enterprise software product development. The candidate is expected to have 6-8 years work experience; experience with UI design, .NET, SharePoint, Active Directory, database design, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), BizTalk and other relevant technologies.

Understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and development schedules
Apply standard development practices and improve the software development process
Interface with customers and partners to facilitate the technical integration in deployment scenarios

Minimum required experience
Development experience in C#, ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET
Excellent written and oral communications skills
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
3-8 years of industry experience with an emphasis on enterprise software development
Knowledge of UI design, Microsoft Windows development environments, and web-based applications
Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange
Knowledge of Active Directory, database design, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), BizTalk and other enterprise application tools
Experience with analyzing, defining, designing, implementing, test evaluating and maintaining complex software systems

As a consulting engineer for Ensim, you will be the technical expert in the pre-sales, post-sales, support and deployment environment primarily involving large, enterprise level prospects. This position reports to the Customer Services Director.
Major Responsibilities/Tasks
You will conduct demos, training, and work with prospective customer IT and other groups to understand requirements, contribute to proposals, and perform other tasks as required. You will work with various Ensim departments including Development and Product Management to ensure that customer issues are fully understood and addressed.

Sales, Development, Marketing and both prospective and existing customers
Minimum required experience
The position is technical and a background in Microsoft Exchange, IT, hosting, and Internet infrastructure is a requirement, along with several years experience in Windows Server environments. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and be able to clearly communicate verbally and on paper in English. Fluency in additional languages may be a plus.
Technical Qualifications:
1-3 years technical sales engineering, professional services, IT, or support experience
1-3 years system administration experience with emphasis on Exchange
Some project management experience
BS degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to relate technical concepts to technical, as well as non-technical users
Strong hand-on experiences of Windows Server, Exchange, MS SQL, SharePoint
Some familiarity with shell scripting tools, C#, ASP, .NET
Non-Technical Qualifications:
Must be customer-focused and extremely eager to work with end-users of varying degrees of sophistication and computer literacy
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills

The business development manager’s primary responsibility will be to identify, manage, maximize and execute the business impact of new and current partnerships, relationships and programs, including relationships with enterprise technology partners and service providers. The person in this role will work closely with members of the senior management and sales and marketing teams.

Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
Aggressively identify, prioritize and manage corporate relationships with a targeted set of large strategic partners that have global and multi-market reach to create measurable business results for Ensim’s Unify product line
Lead the design and development of corporate-wide partnership programs that allow Ensim to increase its competitive advantage in all of its markets, improve customer acquisition and loyalty, and make it easier for a wide variety of partners to work constructively with Ensim delivering a turn-key operation
Provide guidance on developing a focused, high impact set of market-specific partnerships to accelerate growth
Lead and develop Ensim’s relationships with the software solutions industry, driving growth in content related sales, ensuring effective operational relationships with the major enterprises and partners
Help identify and evaluate potential partnerships and market strategies
Minimum required experience/qualifications:
5-10 years business development experience with enterprise software
