Provides complete; service catalog - with product modeling, pricing plans, and approval workflows; subscription management - with variable sales models and billing cycles; and billing - with usage collection, rating, recurring, onetime and installment options, native invoicing or easy integration with third party systems, charge-back / show-back, and payment and reconciliation.  Addition features include notifications, ticketing, logging, reporting and analytics to support the offering and monetizing of any and all types of products and services to customers, employees, agents, resellers, and wholesalers.

Provisioning and Operations Management Module

Enables automated provisioning, activation, and element level operational management of users and organizations in business applications, cloud services, and infrastructure with self-service role based delegated administration, provisioning templates, granular entitlement and access control, change management, physical and logical resource management, metering and monitoring, usage collection, and usage reporting.  In addition business process automation with orchestration and workflows enables streamlining the fulfillment of products and services such as support plans, managed services, and hard goods.

Enables all of the automation functionality of the above modules to be fully leverage for fine grain provisioning and element level management for any application, service, or infrastructure system connected through standard web service APIs whether multi-tenant or single tenant, on-premise or in the cloud.
